Interventional Pain Management Specialist

Dr. S Dheeraj Kumar is an Interventional Pain Management Specialist and Founder of Dr. Dheeraj Pain Relief & Wellness Centre, Hyderabad. He completed his MD in Anaesthesiology from the prestigious Bangalore Medical College & Research Institute (BMCRI). He previously worked at Apollo Hospitals, Jubilee Hills and ESIC Medical College (2019–2022), and served as a Pain Physician at Matrix Hospitals. He is also a Pain and Palliative Care Consultant at Renova Sowmya Cancer Hospital. His mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based, minimally invasive treatments that help patients achieve lasting pain relief, restore mobility, and improve their quality of life.

Over 7 years of clinical experience, including more than 3 years dedicated exclusively to advanced interventional pain management. Currently practices as a visiting pain consultant in Hyderabad and across Bidar, Warangal, Nirmal, and other districts. Previously worked at Apollo Hospitals, Jubilee Hills, and ESIC Medical College.
Dr. Anahita Reddy

Dr. Anahita Reddy

Pain, Regenerative & Palliative Medicine Specialist

Dr. Anahita Reddy is an anaesthesiologist and pain physician with formal training in interventional pain, regenerative medicine and palliative medicine. She is skilled in ultrasound-guided procedures, selective nerve root blocks, sports injury interventions, headache management and symptom control in advanced illness. She consults in English, Telugu and Hindi.

Fellow in Interventional Pain & Regenerative Medicine at Synapse Pain & Spine Clinic, Chennai, performing ultrasound and fluoroscopy-guided spine and joint interventions. Previously anaesthesiologist at Sparsh Hospice, supporting comfort-focused palliative care. Currently completing a fellowship in palliative medicine.

Dr. Remalla Aparajitha

Dr. Remalla Aparajitha

Interventional Pain Management & Palliative Care Specialist

Dr. Remalla Aparajitha is a specialist in interventional pain management and palliative care, trained in anaesthesia, regenerative medicine, and advanced pain procedures. She treats chronic back pain, joint pain, neuropathic pain, cancer-related pain, sports injuries, myofascial pain, spondylosis, migraine, fibromyalgia, neck pain, arthritis, and hip AVN using minimally invasive, image-guided techniques that help patients avoid surgery and lower their dependence on opioids. Fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi, she brings precision-based care to a diverse patient base, blending technical expertise with a genuinely patient-first philosophy.

Who conducts my initial evaluation at Thrive?

Your initial clinical assessment is conducted by one of our interventional pain physicians. We review your medical history, imaging scans, and pain patterns before planning care.

How do pain physicians and physiotherapists collaborate here?

Our pain physicians, physiotherapists, psychologists, and clinical nutritionists work together in our Raidurgam facility. Care plans and post-procedure rehab are coordinated under direct physician oversight.

Do I need a doctor referral to book an appointment?
